Vacant Unit Turnover
The Saginaw Housing Commission will receive bids to clean, repair, and repaint vacant dwelling units until 4:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Bids will be accepted electronically via email to jchasnis@saginawhousing.org.
A single prime general contractor shall provide all labor and materials for this project. This work will include ten (10) one-bedroom apartments at Rosien Towers, 310 S. Harrison; 10 single bedroom
apartments at Elmwood Manor, 2814 E. Genesee Ave; one two-bedroom family ranch home at 1331 Mt. Vernon St.; two (2) three-bedroom duplex Townhomes at 1210 Dillon St. and 1122 Dillon St. and one two-bedroom duplex Townhome at 1115 Essling St. All are in Saginaw, Michigan.
A pre-bid site walk of each vacant unit is set for 10:00 a.m. EST on Friday, November 7, 2025 beginning at Rosien Towers, 310 S. Harrison St. and continuing at each vacant unit. All interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
